LVO Return & Exchange Policy

LVO offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to submit a return request.

For customers residing in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without the need to provide justification.
The item must still meet all standard eligibility requirements, including condition, tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
8. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified whether the refund has been approved.
