Thank you for shopping with Lib Vibes Only LLC (LVO). Every order you place helps us celebrate Liberian culture, empower diaspora communities, and keep the movement alive. Below is our official Shipping Policy to ensure clarity, transparency, and a smooth experience every time you shop with us.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise specified during major drops, pre-orders, or holidays.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

During high-volume releases (e.g., “Things Happening,” Independence Day, December drops), processing may take a little longer.
We will always communicate any significant delays—No Spider Story.
2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME
Shipping times depend on the method selected at checkout and your delivery location.
United States (Domestic Shipping)

International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide to Liberians and supporters across the diaspora.
Delivery times vary by country but generally range between 7–21 business days.

3. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website or social platforms.
4. TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear from the carrier.
If tracking has not updated within 72 hours of shipment, contact us—we’ve got you.
5. PRE-ORDERS & LIMITED RELEASES
Some LVO items are limited drops, pre-orders, or special edition collections.
Please note:

Pre-orders will ship according to the estimated timeline listed on the product page.

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship separately at our discretion.
6. WRONG ADDRESS OR ORDER INFORMATION
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered:

If the order has not shipped, we can update it.

If the order has already been shipped, LVO is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
7. LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your order is scanned by the carrier, ownership and risk transfer to the customer.
However, we still believe in Real Vibes and supporting our community. If something happens:

File a claim directly with the carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.)

Then email us so we can assist if possible
We are not liable for:

Packages marked as “Delivered”

Packages lost due to incorrect addresses

Carrier delays outside our control
8. INTERNATIONAL DUTIES, TAXES & FEES
International orders may be subject to:

Local postal handling fees
These fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. LVO is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.
