We will make every effort to process your cancellation request, but please note that once the order is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Cancellations Before Shipping

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and process a full refund to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.

3. Cancellations After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, you may still return the item in accordance with our Return Policy if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described. Return shipping fees may apply in some cases, depending on the reason for the return.
